Deliver pitch decks in any language without recreating a single chart
Ellon AI translates PPTX decks, Word reports, and proposals with branded templates, speaker notes, chart labels, and logos preserved exactly.
Translating a 60-slide deck used to kill a weekend
Consulting deliverables are presentation-first. A pitch deck for a Paris-based client isn't a document. it's a 60-slide PPTX with a firm-branded template, carefully positioned text boxes, data visualizations, and speaker notes. When a consultant routes that through a generic translation tool, the text boxes lose their positioning, the chart labels drift off their axes, the speaker notes get scrambled, and the branded template elements (disclaimers, page numbers, confidentiality footers) collapse. The associate ends up rebuilding the deck one slide at a time over a Sunday. Ellon AI translates the PPTX as a PPTX. Text boxes stay in position. Speaker notes translate alongside the slides. Chart data labels line up. The deck opens in PowerPoint looking like the original in a different language.
- Text box positions, animations, and branded template elements preserved
- Speaker notes translated alongside the slides, not lost
- Chart data labels and axis titles translated without breaking the chart
- 60-slide decks translate in under three minutes

Diff proposal revisions with semantic analysis
Upload the original and revised DOCX or PDF proposal. Ellon AI produces a Word tracked-changes document plus a semantic summary separating meaning-altering edits. scope changes, pricing updates, engagement term revisions. from formatting and terminology shifts. Useful for partner review cycles where approval should focus on what really changed, not the cosmetic edits.
This revision (v3) supersedes the proposal issued on October 14, 2026 (v2). Changes below were discussed on our October 22 call and reflect feedback from the client steering committee. Sections not referenced remain as drafted in v2.
The engagement comprises three workstreams: (i) market sizing and competitive benchmarking, (ii) partner landscape and short-list development, and (iii) commercial-operating-model design (ii) partner landscape, short-list, and diligence recommendations, (iii) commercial-operating-model design, and (iv) a dedicated regulatory-compliance track covering CE-marking and REACH obligations. Deliverables will be presented in final form by December 19, 2026 February 6, 2027 to allow time for the expanded regulatory track.
Total professional fees for the engagement shall be a fixed amount of four hundred eighty-five thousand euros (€485,000) six hundred twenty thousand euros (€620,000), reflecting the expanded scope. Fees are invoiced in three instalments: 30% on signature, 40% at mid-point, 30% on delivery 25% on signature, 35% at the mid-point review, 40% on delivery. Day rates for change-order work are fixed at €2,200 €2,400 per Partner-day and €1,400 €1,550 per Manager-day.
The engagement will be led by J. Marais (Partner) with M. Chen (Principal) J. Marais (Senior Partner) with M. Chen (Principal) and a dedicated Engagement Manager, S. Okonkwo. The delivery team is supplemented by two Senior Associates, one dedicated regulatory-affairs specialist from our Brussels practice, and an Analyst. All team allocations have been confirmed through the engagement window.
Client shall provide the diligence data room by November 5 November 12, 2026. The expanded regulatory track requires access to existing product-approval files and supplier-audit records; these materials will be held in a segregated workspace on our tenant and deleted on engagement close. All team members have signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement executed on October 1, 2026, as Schedule A of this proposal.
Consultant shall not engage with competing EU industrial- automation companies on equivalent mandates for the duration of the engagement plus six (6) months thereafter. Consultant shall not engage with the named competitors listed in Schedule B on equivalent go-to-market mandates for the duration of the engagement. A prior-client screen will be run before any new engagement in the sector and communicated to Client within five (5) business days.
All other terms of the v2 proposal, including governing law, dispute-resolution process, IP-assignment provisions, and insurance requirements, remain in force without modification.
Clause-by-clause review on client engagement contracts
Consulting engagements run on contracts. MSAs, statements of work, engagement letters, NDAs, subcontractor agreements. Upload a DOCX or PDF. Ellon AI assigns an overall risk score, flags each clause with a risk level and explanation, surfaces missing standard provisions (e.g., a limitation of liability, an IP assignment clause), and suggests improved language.
- Uncapped liability carve-out for gross negligence
- 18-month blanket non-compete likely unenforceable under French law
- No formal change-order process for scope expansion
“Consultant's total aggregate liability under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the aggregate fees paid by Client during the engagement, except for liability arising from Consultant's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, which shall be uncapped.”
Uncapped liability carve-outs for 'gross negligence' are unusual in consulting engagements and inconsistent with professional-indemnity-insurance programmes at most firms. For a six-figure fixed-fee engagement, an uncapped carve-out exposes the firm to multiples of the engagement fee for downstream business losses, which the PI policy may not cover.
Consultant's total aggregate liability shall not exceed three (3) times the aggregate fees paid during the engagement, with a minimum floor of €1,000,000. The cap shall not apply to fraud or wilful misconduct; for gross negligence, the cap shall be five (5) times fees paid, consistent with Consultant's professional-indemnity coverage.
- Force Majeurehigh
No force-majeure provision — Consultant lacks protection for delays caused by events outside its control (government action, pandemic, supply-chain disruption). Standard in all professional-services agreements post-2020.
- Audit & Recordsmedium
No provision governing Client audit of invoices, time records, or sub-processor arrangements. Important for Client finance/procurement compliance, especially where fees exceed €500K.
How consulting firms use Ellon AI
Consulting runs on slide decks. Whether it's a market entry strategy for a German manufacturer, an operating model review for a French telecom, or a transformation roadmap for a Mexican bank, the deliverable that matters is the PPTX. When that deck needs to be in the client's language, the translation workflow becomes a critical path on the engagement timeline.
Client deliverables
Translate final pitch decks, interim reports, and steering committee materials into the client's language without sacrificing the branded template or the carefully positioned visual story. Ellon AI preserves PPTX structure. slide layouts, text box positions, chart data labels, embedded images. so the translated deck opens in PowerPoint looking like the source in a different language. The consultant or partner can deliver directly from the translated file rather than rebuilding every slide.
Proposal development
Consulting pipelines generate a constant flow of proposals. When a Big 4 firm pitches a German industrial group, a European engagement pipeline pitches a US corporate, or an MBB firm pitches a Japanese conglomerate, the proposal needs to be in the prospect's language to get traction. Ellon AI translates proposal decks and response documents in hours, not days, letting partners respond to RFPs within the client's timeline.
Engagement contracts
MSAs, statements of work, engagement letters, NDAs, and subcontractor agreements move through legal constantly on consulting engagements. The contract analyzer flags high-risk clauses, surfaces missing standard provisions, and suggests improvements. First-pass review on a fresh MSA takes minutes, letting the legal team focus on the clauses that actually matter.
Internal knowledge management
Consulting firms accumulate case studies, methodologies, and tools in one language. usually English. and then need to repurpose them for practice areas operating in other languages. Ellon AI handles the translation of case studies and methodology decks so a practice lead in Paris can staff a Spanish-speaking team on a Latin American engagement using tools originally developed for US clients. Speaker notes translate alongside the slides so the methodology context doesn't get lost.
Multinational clients
When a single client has operations in Germany, France, and Brazil, the same board deck often needs to be delivered in three languages. Ellon AI handles the parallel translation so the deck variants can be produced on the same timeline.
M&A and diligence
For consulting firms supporting M&A engagements, target company documentation. financial statements, contracts, employee communications. often arrives in multiple languages. Ellon AI translates the diligence pack for engagement team review, and the contract analyzer handles the first-pass risk review on every agreement in the data room.
Partner reviews and sign-off
Before a deck goes to a client, partners need to review the final content. When a proposal has been revised through multiple rounds, the compare tool produces a Word tracked-changes document with AI semantic analysis separating substantive changes (pricing, scope, deliverables) from cosmetic edits (formatting, wording polish). Partners can approve the revisions in minutes rather than re-reading the full proposal.
Integration with the consulting workflow
Ellon AI fits into the document management systems consulting firms already use. SharePoint, Box, Microsoft Teams. A consultant drops a file, gets back a translated or analyzed file, and delivers it from the same location.
Confidentiality
Consulting engagements are protected by NDAs, and client material can't leave the firm's tenant. Ellon AI processes documents in infrastructure the firm controls, doesn't train on submitted content, and supports dedicated deployment for firms with strict client data requirements under the Enterprise tier.
The net effect: the translation bottleneck that used to be measured in days. waiting for a vendor, reviewing their output, rebuilding the deck layout. compresses to minutes, and the consultant delivers in the client's language on the same cadence as the English version.
