With effect from 1 June 2026, the standard platform commission applicable to all product categories shall be revised from 12.0% 14.5% of the final transaction value (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Category-specific rates for electronics and high-value goods are revised from 8.5% 10.0%. The commission is calculated on the gross selling price at the time of order confirmation and is deducted from each payout disbursement in accordance with clause 5.2.
Net proceeds, after deduction of commissions and applicable fees under clauses 4.1 and 4.3, shall be disbursed to the Seller on a weekly bi-weekly basis, no later than three (3) five (5) business days following the end of each payout period. NordCart GmbH reserves the right to withhold disbursement where a Seller account is subject to a dispute resolution process or where the account balance is below the minimum threshold of EUR 25.00 EUR 50.00.
Sellers must accept returns for any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days thirty (30) calendar days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller for orders where the return is due to a product defect, misdescription, or damage in transit. For discretionary returns within the 30-day window, return shipping costs may be passed to the buyer at the Seller's discretion, provided this is disclosed clearly on the product listing before purchase.
This clause is inserted by Amendment No. 4. Sellers must maintain the following minimum performance metrics, measured on a rolling 90-day basis: order defect rate below 1.0%; late shipment rate below 4.0%; and cancellation rate below 2.5%. Sellers falling below any threshold for two consecutive 30-day periods will receive a formal performance notice. Failure to remediate within thirty (30) days of such notice may result in listing suppression or account suspension at NordCart's discretion.
